Dear All, my room is free for you! Only 1 month, but especially if youre coming from abroad its much easier to have a place to first settle in and find something from there :)
The room is furnished (not as in the photos though), the flat is big, bright, and in a perfect location!!

Liebe Alle, da ich ein Praktikum mache vermiete ich mein wunderschönes Zimmer in der Nibelungenstraße unter.
Mein Zimmer ist ca. 27 qm groß, quadratisch geschnitten, 2 Fenster (dadurch sehr schön und hell). Das Zimmer ist möbliert, wenn auch etwas spartanischer als auf den Fotos.
Auch wenn der Zeitraum nur 1 Monat ist, für alle verzweifelten Ersties: Vor Ort findet man immer viel einfach was! Zieht bei uns ein, sucht euch was von hier aus, settle in the Passau vibe :P
(Wir machen alles smooth & easy, auch bei Schlüsselübergabe etc.)
Aber ein Bild sagt mehr als 1000 Worte, also schaut euch die Bilder an:)
5 min to the main station and the central busstop
5 min to the university

Das Wohnhaus Nibelungenstraße 5 ist bekannt und beliebt in Passau, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof, vom ZOB und von der UNI (ein Ort wo ihr euch hoffentlich oft aufhalten werdet) entfernt. 30 Sekunden entfernt ist der EDEKA Escherich, und ein Bankautomat auch direkt um die Ecke. Die Busse 5,6,7 zum PEB und zur Dult (wichtig im MAI!!) fahren auch direkt vor der Haustüre ab. Stellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder gibt es im Hinterhof!!
Nach 3 1/2 Jahren in Passau kann ich euch sagen, besser gehts nicht:)
Die liebe Anne wird eure Mitbewohnerin sein!! Sie ist 23, studiert im Master Internatinal Economics und ist eine durch und durch geeigneter Roomie!! Sie ist social, immer für ein nettes Gespräch /Abendessen / Spieleabend / oder Friends schauen zu haben, aber wenn du chillen/ oder lernen willst / musst ist das auch kein problem. Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Wohnküche wo die meisten zusammenkünfte stattfinden, ein großes Badezimmer und viel Privatsphäre in deinem Zimmer:)
