Hello friends, as I am going to move, I’m looking for someone who would take my room with complete furniture. The room is cozy and has everything which is needed, bed, cupboards, table, chair. we have a big common room, dining room, a big terrace which is the Highlight of the House.
The kitchen has with all the equipments you need.
The flat is located in the central, 8 minutes far from the central bus and train stations. The nearest bus stop (Lambergstrasse) is 1 minute away.
The nearest shop (Edeka) is 5 minutes away but you can easily reach a bigger shopping market (Penny) in 20 minutes by walk.
The Uni is also 10 minutes away from the flat by walk.
You will be sharing the flat with other 5 people. On the ground floor there are 2 rooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 rooms - including yours. There you can also find a living room, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a big terrace.
When we are not studying or busy, we like to hang out in the common room or terrace or go to party.
