[Urgent] International masters student looking for accomodation

Hallo,

My name is Aditya, I'm from India. I am 24 years old. I completed my bachelors degree in Computer Engineering. I am enrolled in the Masters in ArtificiaI Intelligence Engineering. I have worked as a machine learning developer for a couple of years.I also like to freelance often. I speak English, Hindi, Marathi and know German till level A1.

I like to spend my free time reading books, watching movies, making art, playing video games and cycling. I would really like to explore the city more and make new friends, both International and German . I love hiking in nature. If the flat has bike parking then that’s a plus (I plan to cycle to uni in the future). I also like spending some time in the gym, doing outdoor activities, eating healthy etc.

I like cooking and will be cooking in the flat (2-3 days a week). I am bringing all the utensils needed for cooking and wouldn't mind sharing. I also don't mind paying for household supplies/groceries/furniture etc.

I consider myself to be pretty responsible. I’d like to keep my room and the shared rooms clean. Especially the kitchen and bathroom. I think we should come up with a cleaning timetable or something like that so that the load is balanced between all of us.

I'm a pretty chill guy, I won't bother you if you sometimes miss your turn cleaning etc. I like helping people and think of myself as kind and empathetic. I have a healthy sense of humor. I have lived 5 years happily along in multiple flats with other roommates. I don't mind if you bring any guests. I would really like it if we did social events together like board games, watching movies, travelling etc.

I am a non-smoker, though I am fine if other people in the flat smoke anywhere. As for alcohol I don't really like drinking but will drink socially just to give company. I have no problem with pets (I love cats). I don't like making noise and disturbing roommates. I like to live a minimalist lifestyle. I would like to hang some posters/art in my personal room.

Ich spreche Englisch, Hindi, Marathi und beherrsche Deutsch bis Niveau A1.

Ich verbringe meine Freizeit gerne damit, Bücher zu lesen, Filme zu schauen, Kunst zu machen, Videospiele zu spielen und Rad zu fahren. Ich möchte die Stadt wirklich gerne mehr erkunden und neue Freunde finden, sowohl internationale als auch deutsche. Ich liebe es, in der Natur zu wandern. Wenn die Wohnung einen Fahrradabstellplatz hat, ist das ein Plus (ich plane in Zukunft mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni zu fahren). Ich verbringe auch gerne einige Zeit im Fitnessstudio, mache Outdoor-Aktivitäten, ernähre mich gesund usw.

Ich koche gerne und werde in der Wohnung kochen (2-3 Tage die Woche). Ich bringe alle Utensilien mit, die zum Kochen benötigt werden, und würde nichts dagegen haben, sie zu teilen. Es macht mir auch nichts aus, für Haushaltswaren / Lebensmittel / Möbel usw.

Ich halte mich für ziemlich verantwortungsbewusst. Ich möchte mein Zimmer und die Mehrbettzimmer sauber halten. Vor allem Küche und Bad. Ich denke, wir sollten einen Reinigungsplan oder ähnliches aufstellen, damit die Last zwischen uns allen ausgeglichen wird.

Ich bin ein ziemlich cooler Typ, ich werde dich nicht stören, wenn du manchmal beim Putzen versäumst usw. Ich helfe gerne Menschen und halte mich für freundlich und einfühlsam. Ich habe einen gesunden Sinn für Humor. Ich habe 5 Jahre glücklich zusammen in mehreren Wohnungen mit anderen Mitbewohnern gelebt. Es macht mir nichts aus, wenn Sie Gäste mitbringen. Ich würde es sehr begrüßen, wenn wir zusammen gesellschaftliche Ereignisse wie Brettspiele, Filme schauen, Reisen usw.

Ich bin Nichtraucher, aber es geht mir gut, wenn andere Leute in der Wohnung irgendwo rauchen. Was Alkohol angeht, trinke ich nicht wirklich gerne, aber ich trinke gesellig, nur um Gesellschaft zu leisten. Ich habe kein Problem mit Haustieren (ich liebe Katzen). Ich mag es nicht, Lärm zu machen und Mitbewohner zu stören. Ich lebe gerne einen minimalistischen Lebensstil. Ich möchte einige Poster/Kunstwerke in meinem persönlichen Zimmer aufhängen.
