Computer Science Master's student looking for a flat share

This is Maher Challouf from Tunisia. I am 24 years old. I completed my bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. I am enrolled in the Masters in Computer Science at Passau University. I have worked as a machine learning developer for a couple of years.I also like to freelance often. I speak English, French, Arabic and I'm learning German

I like to spend my free time reading books, watching movies, making art, playing video games, and cycling. I would really like to explore the city more and make new friends, both International and German. I love hiking in nature. If the flat has bike parking then that’s a plus (I plan to cycle to uni in the future). I also like spending some time in the gym, doing outdoor activities, eating healthy, etc.

I like cooking and will be cooking in the flat (2-3 days a week). I don't mind paying for household supplies/groceries/furniture etc.

I consider myself to be pretty responsible. I’d like to keep my room and the shared rooms clean. Especially the kitchen and bathroom. I think we should come up with a cleaning timetable or something like that o that the load is balanced between all of us.

I'm a pretty chill guy, I won't bother you if you sometimes miss your turn cleaning, etc. I like helping people and think of myself as kind and empathetic. I have a healthy sense of humor. I have lived 5 years happily along in multiple flats with other roommates. I don't mind if you bring any guests. I would really like it if we did social events together like board games, watching movies, traveling etc.

I am a non-smoker, though I am fine if other people in the flat smoke anywhere. As for alcohol I don't really like drinking but will drink socially just to give company. I have no problem with pets (I love cats). I don't like making noise and disturbing roommates. I like to live a minimalist lifestyle.

I'm open to any offer and suggestion at the moment
