Das Zimmer ist 14 m2 groß und möbliert. Es befindet sich ein Bettgestell mit Lattenrost und Matratze (90cm x 200cm) im Zimmer, sowie ein Stuhl, vier Regale (72cm x 72cm x 32cm), ein großer Kleidersch Schurank (120cm x 230cm x 60cm) undhen Schreibtisch (150cmine x 75cm)
Das Zimmer ist durch die drei Fenster hell und angenehm lichtdurchflutet, kann aber nachts mit den Vorhängen gut abgedunkelt werden.
Außerdem befindet sich eine große Heizung (Heizkosten sind vollständig durch die Miete abgedeckt) und eine Deckenlampe im Zimmer.
Der Boden ist mit einem dünnen Teppich ausgelegt.

La habitación es de 14 m2 de tamaño y amueblado. There is a bed frame with slatted frame and mattress (90cm x 200cm) in the room, as well as a chair, four shelves (72cm x 72cm x 32cm), a large closet (120cm x 230cm x 60cm) and a desk (150cm x 75cm) with a container with drawers to pull out (42cm x 72cm x 75cm).
The room is bright and pleasantly flooded with light through the three windows, but can be darkened well at night with the curtains.

In der Wohngemeinschaft befinden sich fünf Zimmer, von denen zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt alle vier bewohnt sind.
Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich, kommunikativ und machen keinen Lärm.
In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Badezimmer. Eins auf der unteren Etage für zwei Wg-Zimmer und eins auf der oberen Etage für drei Wg-Zimmer.

Im Keller des Studentenwohnheims befinden sich drei Waschmaschinen und zwei Wäschetrockner, die für kleines Geld genutzt werden können.
Kellerräume um die nassen Klamotten zu trocknen sind dort auch zu finden.
Im Innenhof gibt es Sitzmöglichlichkeiten und einen großen Grill.
Außerden bietet das Wohnheim vier große Dachterassen, die für jegliche Aktivitäten genutzt werden können.
