Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und möbliert. Es befindet sich ein Bettgestell mit Lattenrost und Matratze (90cm x 200cm) im Zimmer, sowie ein Stuhl, vier Regale (72cm x 72cm x 32cm), ein großer Kleiderschrank (120cm x 230cm x 60cm) und ein Schreibtisch (150cm x 75cm) mit einem Container mit Schubladen zum Ausziehen (42cm x 72cm x 75cm).
Das Zimmer ist durch die drei Fenster hell und angenehm lichtdurchflutet, kann aber nachts mit den Vorhängen gut abgedunkelt werden.
Außerdem befindet sich eine große Heizung (Heizkosten sind vollständig durch die Miete abgedeckt) und eine Deckenlampe im Zimmer.
Der Boden ist mit einem dünnen Teppich ausgelegt.

Zu Fuß ist die Stuttgarter Innenstadt, die Uni oder der Hauptbahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
