Die Mitbewohner sind alle zwischen 20 und 30 und hauptsächlich in ihrer Ausbildung/Studium. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum und eine WG Küche, sodass das Sozialleben auch nicht zu kurz kommt.
