Sehr gute Anbindung nach Köln durch fußläufige Bahnhaltestelle (23min nach Köln HBF, direkt). Der Bahnhof ist aber weit genug entfernt, sodass man keine Züge hört.
Die Mitbewohner sind alle zwischen 20 und 30 und hauptsächlich in ihrer Ausbildung/Studium. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum und eine WG Küche, sodass das Sozialleben auch nicht zu kurz kommt.
