Ich suche ab dem 1. August 2010 einen Nachmieter für eine nette 3er WG, die ich aufgrund eines Auslandsstudiums verlassen werde.
Die 3er WG befindet sich im ruhigen Wohngebiet Tübingen Sand im 4. Stock eines Hochhauses. Die nächste Bushaltestelle Richtung Innenstadt (Sand Nordring, Lin.2) liegt ca. 4 min Fußweg entfernt. Bis zur Hölderlinstraße dauerts dann noch ca. 6min mit dem Bus. Das Einkaufszentrum WHO befindet sich ebenfalls nur ca. 10min Fußweg entfernt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über seperates Badezimmer sowie WC,Badewanne,Balkon,DSL WLAN,Küche ohne Spülmaschine dafür aber zwei nette Studentinnen. Ich biete das Zimmer möbliert an.
