3. The apartment consists of a furnished kitchen (stove, fridge and cupboards for storage) and a bathroom (with 2 washbasins) and a separate toilet.
4. The building and all apartments within is owned by a rental company in Ulm and you will sign the contract for the place with them.

2. Apartment is 5 mins walking from Ulm hbf or Ehinger Tor bus stop.
3. City centre is 7 mins walking.
4. Supermarket (Edeka, Aldi, Kaufland), Fitness studio, hbf all walking distance of less than 10 mins.
1. There are 2 other people living in the apartment who will share the kitchen and Bathroom.
