2. Room is fully furnished. The is a queen size bed, 2 couches, a cupboard and a table. You can choose to bring your own furniture.
3. The apartment consists of a furnished kitchen (stove, fridge and cupboards for storage) and a bathroom (with 2 washbasins) and a separate toilet.
4. The building and all apartments within is owned by a rental company in Ulm and you will sign the contract for the place with them.
1. The apartment is located just behind the Ulm Hbf.
2. Apartment is 5 mins walking from Ulm hbf or Ehinger Tor bus stop.
3. City centre is 7 mins walking.
