Lage neben U2 Messe-Prater (4 min) und Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. Man kann zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zum grünen Prater oder zur Donau gehen. Hofer, Lidl und Billa, Bipa, Eurospar sowie ein Markt sind ebenfalls in 4 bis 10 min erreichbar. Schwimmen und Natur direkt um's Eck, und das Stadtzentrum ist auch nicht weit weg (15 min mit Ubahn oder Fahrrad in den 1. Bezirk). Es gibt auch ein paar sehr nette Cafés, Bars und Restaurants bei uns um’s Eck.

Next to U2 Messe-Prater (4 min) and only a few minutes walking to the park Prater and to the Danube or to WU Vienna. The walk to all kinds of supermarkets (Hofer, Lidl, Eurospar, Billa and Bipa), as well as a local market, takes 4-10 min. Swimming and nature are just around the corner, and the city centre isn't far either. There are also a few nice cafes and restaurants in our corner.

Wir sind Konstantin und Hannah, 31 und 37 Jahre alt, und leben gerne in Gemeinschaft. Wir suchen drum eine*n 3. Mitbewohner*in die ähnlich alt oder in ähnlicher Lebensphase ist wie wir, und einige unserer Interessen teilt. Idealerweise jemanden der/die älter als 30 ist, und gerne 2 Jahre bleiben möchte. Wir werden in 2-3 Jahren ausziehen in ein Co-housing Projekt (www.treibhausdonaufeld.at), dann könnte die jetzige Wohnung auch übernommen werden. Wir halten die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber und ordentlich, sind aber auch nicht pingelig (putzen die WG ca. alle 3 Wochen). Wir suchen jemanden, mit dem wir uns richtig wohl fühlen, deswegen sind wir beim Einzugsdatum, der Kaution, und den Zimmern eher flexibel.

Unsere Interessens- und Arbeitsfelder reichen von Artificial Intelligence bis Wissenschaft (vor allem Psychologie und Neurowissenschaft), Podcasts, Yoga & Acroyoga, Bücher, Natur, Tanz (Kontaktimpro, Lindi Hop, Tango Argentino), Effektiver Altruismus, Polyamorie, Sexpositivität, Psychotherapie und Menschen/Beziehungen allgemein. Wir sind kommunikativ und rücksichtsvoll, polyamor-, S+ und queer-friendly, kochen gerne mal füreinander, sporteln gemeinsam im großen Wohnzimmer oder nebenan im Prater, trinken fast nie Alkohol, essen vegetarisch bis vegan, sind aber nicht so wirklich streng damit.

Wir gehen unsere Wege, wenn wir Ruhe brauchen oder arbeiten müssen. Wir sind ein polyamores Pärchen, aber nicht die Art Paar, vor denen sich WG-Mitbewohner normalerweise fürchten (wirklich, wir sind auch sehr selbstkritisch ;-)). Wir leben im Vergleich zum typischen Couch-Potato-Paar sehr unabhängig voneinander. Wir leben seit 6 Jahren gemeinsam in WGs, und mögen das einfach lieber als als Paar zu wohnen. Wir können auch gerne ein Gespräch mit unseren ehemaligen der derzeitigen Mitbewohner*innen vermitteln, damit ihr ehrlich einschätzen könnt, wie es mit uns in etwa sein könnte. Wir vermuten, dass es für dich fein bei uns sein wird, wenn du dir Raum nehmen kannst wenn du auf Wohnzimmer oder Küche Lust hast, dich trauen würdest Leute einzuladen, dich traust es auszusprechen auch wenn was Kleines nicht ganz passt und ehrlich über deine Gefühle oder Bedürfnisse zu sprechen, dich gerne aktiv in’s Zusammenleben einbringst, und du gerne Mitbewohner*innen hast, bei denen du dich auch ausheulen könntest.

Wir hosten alle 1-2 Monate ein Treffen mit ca 20-30 Personen mit Menschen, die sich für Themen wie Polyamorie, Konsent und Body-Positivity interessieren oder einfach gerne kuscheln. Am liebsten hätten wir ne*n Mitbewohner*in, die sich auch dafür begeistert und gern mitmacht. Auf jeden Fall sollte es für dich in Ordnung sein, dass bei uns ca 6 solche Treffen im Jahr stattfinden.

We are Konstantin and Hannah, 31 and 37 years old, and like to live in community. We are looking for a 3rd flatmate who is of a similar age or at a similar stage of life to us and shares some of our interests and values. Ideally someone who is older than 30 and would like to stay for 2 years. We will be moving out to a co-housing project in 2-3 years (www.treibhausdonaufeld.at), when our current flat could also be taken over for a family or shared flat. We keep the communal areas clean and tidy, but are not fussy either (we clean the flat about every 3 weeks). We are looking for someone with whom we feel really comfortable, which is why we are rather flexible when it comes to the move-in date, the deposit and the rooms.

Our fields of interest and work include science (especially psychology, neuroscience and data science/artificial intelligence), podcasts, yoga & Acroyoga, books, nature, dance (contact impro, Lindi Hop, Tango Argentino), polyamory, sex positivity and psychotherapy and people/relationships in general. We are communicative and considerate, polyamorous, S+ and queer-friendly, like to cook for each other, do sports together in the large living room or next door in the Prater, almost never drink alcohol, eat vegetarian to vegan, but are not really strict about it.

We take our space when we need peace and quiet or have to work. We are a polyamorous couple, but not the kind of couple that flatmates are usually afraid of (really, we are also very self-critical ;-)). Compared to the common couch potato couple, we live very independent lives. We have been living together in shared flats for 6 years, and prefer this to living as a couple. We would be happy to arrange a chat with our former or current flatmates so you can get an honest impression of what it could be like to live with us. We think that you’d feel comfortable living with us if you can take some space when you feel like using the living room or kitchen, if you dare to invite people over, if you dare to speak up and talk about your emotions & needs even when small things don’t feel right, if you like to get actively involved in living together, and if you like to have flatmates with whom you can have a good cry.

We host a gathering every 1-2 months with about 20-30 people with people interested in polyamory, consent, cuddling, and body-positivity. We would prefer to have a roommate who is also enthusiastic about these topics and likes to participate. In any case, you should not mind us hosting such a gathering around 6 times a year.
