The room is approximately 17 square meters and features a window overlooking the green courtyard. As visible in the photos, the room comes fully furnished, so you won't need anything extra. It is notably quiet due to its location facing the backyard, a tranquility that extends throughout the entire apartment. Despite its central location in Vienna, you won't hear any city noise.
The apartment is on the second floor and spans 75 square meters. Upon entering, you'll find a hallway with the kitchen to the left, two bathrooms on the right, and an additional separate toilet (totaling 2 showers and 2 toilets). Further down the hallway are the three bedrooms. The apartment is in excellent condition.
To provide some context about your future flatmates: our renovated apartment, approximately 75 square meters and ideally located in Vienna's 3rd district (Fasanviertel/Landstraße), close to Belvedere and Schweizergarten, boasts excellent infrastructure.
All shopping facilities and recreational establishments are within walking distance (restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, fitness centers, etc. - with a bakery right in the building and open on Sundays). Public transport connectivity is excellent (tram O, bus, S-Bahn, conveniently close to the subway and main station) - Hauptuni, WU, TU, PH, etc. are directly accessible. The close proximity to Belvedere and Schweizergarten provides great opportunities for various physical activities or simply to relax and enjoy the sun.
Meet your soon-to-be flatmates, Bram and Niko. Both are students at WU, currently in their third semester. Bram (Netherlands), pretends to be a gym enthusiast (still a fat f*ck) and techno music lover, is doing his Masters in Supply Chain, while Niko (Austria), a fan of Sturm Graz, bars, and beach volleyball, is pursuing his Bachelor's degree. They have been living in Vienna for the past year, creating a peaceful and easygoing environment within the flatshare.
This duo loves to explore the vibrant life of the city during the weekends, from house parties to clubs, always keeping an open mind to new experiences. But as much as they enjoy Vienna's nightlife, they're here mainly for their studies. So, during the exam period, the apartment becomes a quiet study haven. Occasionally, you might also find them having relaxed weekends at home.
Evenings often take an enjoyable turn with spontaneous kitchen get-togethers, where debates ensue over some home-cooked meals. This is no place for anyone looking for just a roof over their heads. Bram and Niko are seeking someone who is willing to join in on their weekend plans or simply indulge in new activities, as this is the key to an unforgettable student life.
Please note, I, Daniel, will not be present during your stay, as I will be heading to Barcelona.
We look forward to hearing from you! Before finalizing any agreement, we'd love for you to visit us in person, so we can get to know each other. Please feel free to send a message if you're interested.
