Da unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Julia Wien nach dem Studium verlässt, wird bei uns ab
Anfang März ein Zimmer in unserer WG im Servitenviertel frei.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock (mit Lift) in sehr guter Lage in der Hahngasse zwischen den
U-Bahn Stationen Schottentor und Roßauer Lände. Damit liegt sie nur eine Parallelstraße
vom Donaukanal entfernt.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist im Altbau-Stil: Fischgrätenparkett, hohe Decken, Flügeltüren,
schönes Treppenhaus, stilechter Aufzug, etc.
Die WG ist generell sehr großzügig geschnitten und besitzt neben den drei getrennt
begehbaren WG-Zimmern noch ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem ein Sofa, ein TV und ein
weiterer Esstisch stehen, sodass man gemütlich zusammensitzen kann. Außerdem gibt es
eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank), in der jeder viel
Stauraum hat. Im Bad befindet sich außerdem eine Waschmaschine. Die Toilette ist
separat. Platz zum Wäschetrocknern findet sich im Flur und/oder Wohnzimmer mehr als
genug.

Raphael ist 29 und Student am Ende des Psychotherapiestudiums, der aber auch schon
Therapiestunden gibt. In seiner Freizeit spielt er gerne Videospiele wie Dead by Daylight,
Fromsoftware-/Souls-Spiele und alle möglichen RPGs, oder schaut gerne Filme, Serien und
Animes. Außerdem hat Raphael eine Vorliebe für scharfes Essen.
Ich (Rob), 27, komme aus England und arbeite hier in Wien als Sprachlehrer und studiere
Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaften an der Hauptuni. Ich lese gerne, gehe gerne in
Cafes, Museen, Bars oder probiere mich an österreichischen Rezepten aus und bin immer für
ein gutes Gespräch zu haben.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr unkompliziert. Jeder gestaltet sich seinen Alltag selbst, aber es ist
trotzdem schön, auch mal als WG zusammen zu kommen, gemeinsam Filme zu schauen
oder auch einfach nur bei einem Drink in der Küche zusammen zu reden. Außerdem gibt es
einen Putzplan, damit die Aufgaben klar verteilt sind und der Alltag reibungslos verlaufen
kann.
