Der andere Typ ist Johann (22) studiert Chemie an der Universität Wien. er ist ein sehr ruhiger und zurückhaltender Typ.

You will be sharing the apartment with Sergiu (27), a Spaniard who has recently moved to Vienna and works full-time in a company. He is often away from home, he will have to go through your room to get to his room. I have never had any problems, he is a very discreet guy and also very nice. The other guy is Johann (22) studies chemistry at the University of Vienna. he is a very quiet and reserved guy.
Internet und Strom sind nicht inbegriffen, wir zahlen derzeit etwa 12€ pro Person für Strom und 3/4€ pro Person für Internet.
Haustiere sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände können nur auf Anfrage geändert werden.
