Sie werden die Wohnung mit Sergiu (27) teilen, einem Spanier, der vor kurzem nach Wien gezogen ist und Vollzeit in einer Firma arbeitet. Er ist oft von zu Hause weg, er wird durch Ihr Zimmer gehen müssen, um in sein Zimmer zu kommen. Ich habe nie irgendwelche Probleme gehabt, er ist ein sehr diskreter Typ und auch sehr nett. Der andere Typ ist Johann (22) studiert Chemie an der Universität Wien. er ist ein sehr ruhiger und zurückhaltender Typ.

You will be sharing the apartment with Sergiu (27), a Spaniard who has recently moved to Vienna and works full-time in a company. He is often away from home, he will have to go through your room to get to his room. I have never had any problems, he is a very discreet guy and also very nice. The other guy is Johann (22) studies chemistry at the University of Vienna. he is a very quiet and reserved guy.
Internet und Strom sind nicht inbegriffen, wir zahlen derzeit etwa 12€ pro Person für Strom und 3/4€ pro Person für Internet.
Haustiere sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände können nur auf Anfrage geändert werden.
