On the second floor, the heart of the flat awaits you, our large livingroom-kitchen, with access to the two roof terraces, next to a second bathroom and the room of your two other flatmates Seraina (28, freelance filmmaker, but also free time music, photography, travel and conversation maker) and Robert (30, la vie en rose, breaks every IT stereotype with sociability and spontaneity).
Wir wohnen im 15. Bezirk mit wunderbaren Grätzl Flair, direkt bei der Reindorfgasse und dem Schwendermarkt und Auer-Welsbach-Park, zwischen Galerien, Cafés, Kirschbäumen, offenherzigen Supermarkt-Müllräumen und Mafiosi-Pizzen.
Bus (14a), Bim (52, 60) und UBahn (U6, U3, U4) sind alle in 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar.

The flat is located in a lovely neighborhood in the 15th district next to Reindorfgasse, Schwendermarkt and Auer-Welsbach-Park and you can reach the Bus, Bim and UBahn within 5 to 10 minutes by foot.
So sehr wir ab November die lauen Sommernächte auf der Terrasse, die Gärtnerei und das Dachkino vermissen werden, genießen wir dann auch die winterlichen Spielabende, die nächtlichen Mal- und Musiziersessions oder die gemeinsame Kocherei, wollen - hoffentlich bald und dann mit dir - weiter gemeinsam fort- oder zu Ausstellungen gehen, dabei in einer Gemeinschaft leben, in der alle ihren eigenen Raum haben, Freund*innen stets willkommen sind und sich Geselligkeit oft ganz spontan ergibt.

As much as we will miss the warm summer nights on the terrace, the gardening and the rooftop cinema we also enjoy winter's bord games, the nightly painting and music sessions or cooking together, we want soon - hopefully with you - to go out together or to exhibitions, living in a community where everyone has their own space, where friends are always welcome and socializing often happens spontaneously.
