Auch das Kongressbad befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (~650m), sowie das USI Sportzentrum (10 Minuten mit dem Bus). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten (und trotzdem ruhigen) Lage.

Several shopping facilities (Billa, Lidl, Spar, Hofer, ...), various bars & restaurants as well as banks & post offices are within walking distance.
The Kongressbad (pool) is also in the immediate proximity (~650m), as well as the USI sports center (10 minutes by bus). The apartment is in a very good (yet quiet) location.

Ich (Lisa) bin bis Ende Jänner die Hauptmieterin der Wohnung. Da ich aber bereits in eine neue Wohnung gezogen bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer für Dezember und Jänner. Ab Februar musst du die Hauptmiete übernehmen.


Mitbewohnerinnen:
Wir (Marina (20) und Muriel (21)) werden bis Ende Jänner in der WG wohnen. Wir studieren beide an der Uni Wien. Unser WG-Leben würden wir als perfekte Mischung aus gemeinschaftlichem WG-Leben und trotzdem genug Privatsphäre und Ruhe für sich selbst, beschreiben. Da wir beide studieren und viel lernen müssen, sollte es abends eher ruhiger sein.

I (Lisa) am the main tenant of the apartment until the end of January. However, as I have already moved into a new apartment, I am renting out my room for December and January. From February onwards, you will have to become the main tenant.


Flatmates:
We (Marina (20) and Muriel (21)) will be living in the shared flat until the end of January. We both study at the University of Vienna. We would describe our shared flat life as a perfect mix of communal living and still having enough privacy and peace for ourselves. As we are both students and have to study a lot, it should be quiet in the evenings.

Zimmermiete für Dezember und Jänner: 550€ pro Monat
Wohnungsmiete ab Februar: ca. 1501,38€ /ca. 500 pro Zimmer

Der Mietvertrag endet Ende Jänner.
Es ist nicht möglich, länger als bis Ende Jänner hier zu wohnen, ohne, ab Februar der/die Hauptmieter*in zu sein. Wenn du länger in der WG leben willst als bis Ende Jänner, musst du ab Februar die Hauptmiete übernehmen.
Es ist aber möglich, nur für 2 Monate (Dezember und Jänner) in der WG zu wohnen.

Die Gesamtmiete inklusive Heizung und Strom für die Wohnung sind zur Zeit 1501,38€.

Apartment rent from February: approx. 1501.38€ / approx. 500 per room

The rental contract ends at the end of January.
It is not possible to live here longer than till the end of January without becoming the main tenant from February on. If you want to live here longer, you have to become the main tenant from February on.
However, it is possible to live in the shared flat for only 2 months (December and January).

Total rent including heating and electricity for the apartment is currently 1501,38€.
