Hallo an alle! Wir (Annika, 21, Irvin, 29 und Blanca, 30) suchen nach einen netten Student für unsere WG. Die Wohnung ist ca. 125 qm groß und dein zukünftiger Raum hat eine Fläche von ca. 25 qm und seinen eigenen Eingang. Die Wohnung hat zwei Vorräume, eine Küche mit allem Zubehör, zwei Toiletten, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein großes Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer - diese Gemeinschaftsräume sind bereits eingerichtet. Dein Raum enthält eine Garderobe und mehrere Regale, die du als Stauraum nutzen kannst. Das Zimmer ist bereits verfügbar, sodass du jederzeit einziehen könntest.

Hello everyone! We (Annika, 21, Irvin, 29 and Blanca, 30) are looking for a nice student for our shared flat. The apartment is approximately 125 sqm and your future room has an area of about 25 sqm and its own entrance. The apartment has two entrance rooms, a kitchen with all accessories, two toilets, a bathroom with bathtub, a large living room / dining room - these common rooms are already furnished. Your room contains a wardrobe and several shelves, which you can use as storage space. The room is already available so you can move in at any time.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Sie liegt direkt gegenüber der U3 Station Hütteldorfer Straße und der Straßenbahn Nr. 10. Die S-Bahn Breitensee, sowie die Straßenbahn Nr. 49 sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. In der Nähe sind Billa, Bipa, Merkur, ein Tabakshop, Gül Bäckerei, Aycan, eine Apotheke und nur eine Haltestelle mit der U-Bahn kann man den Meiselmarkt, Eurospar und Hofer erreichen

The apartment is very well located. It is directly opposite the U3 station Hütteldorfer Straße and the tram no 10. The S-Bahn Breitensee, as well as the tram No. 49 are within walking distance. The shopping possibilities are also excellent. In the vicinity are Billa, Bipa, Mercury, a tobacco shop, Gül bakery, Aycan, a drug store and only one stop with the subway you can reach the Meiselmarkt, Eurospar and Hofer.
