Die WG befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Die Innenstadt ist in 5 bis 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Rewe, Alnatura sind um die Ecke.
Weitere Restaurants, Kioskläden, Bäcker, Bars befinden sich in der unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Busanbindung ist in ca. 3 Gehminuten erreichbar, von wo aus Busse in alle Richtungen fahren.
Noch zentraler kann man in Wiesbaden nicht wohnen und trotzdem dank des modernisierten Gebäude ohne Störgeräusche von außen.

The flat share is located in a very central location. The city center can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Shopping facilities such as Netto, Rewe, Alnatura are around the corner.
Other restaurants, kiosk stores, bakers, bars are located in the immediate vicinity.
The bus connection is about 3 minutes walk away, from where buses go in all directions.
You can't live any more centrally in Wiesbaden and still be free of outside noise thanks to the modernized building.

Die WG ist für Berufstätige die nach einem anstrengenden Abend sich auch zurückziehen und entspannen möchten.
Entspannte, lockere und extrovertierte Bewohner werden bevorzugt. So gelingt ein harmonisches und verantwortungsbewusstes Miteinander um das WG-Leben auch etwas bunt zu gestalten. Gemeinsame Cocktailabende sind immer gern gesehen.

Das sind die Vorraussetzungen:

- Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate
Und so bekommst du am schnellsten die Schlüssel:
1. Sende uns die Selbstauskunft vollausgefüllt mit allen Angaben per Mail (aj-living(at)gmx.de) zu . Ausdrucken ist nicht notwendig, da dies eine bearbeitbare PDF ist.

2. Wenn die Eckdaten passen vereinbaren wir einen Skype Termin um den weiteren Ablauf zu besprechen oder wenn du es beschleunigen willst sende uns gerne ein kurzes 60 Sekunden Video wo du dich vorstellst und hänge es der Mail an.
3. Du erhältst im Anschluss den Muster Mietvertrag per Mail zugesandt.
4. Du vereinbarst einen Besichtigungstermin mit einem der WG Bewohner
5. Wenn du dich entschieden hast sendest du den unterzeichneten Vertrag zurück inklusive Gehaltsnachweise und Kopie des Personalausweises und kannst direkt einziehen.

2. if the basic data fits we arrange a Skype appointment to discuss the further procedure or if you want to speed it up send us a short 60 seconds video where you introduce yourself and attach it to the mail.
3. you will receive the rental agreement by mail
4. you arrange a viewing appointment with one of the WG residents
5. When you have made your decision, you send back the signed contract including the proof of salary and a copy of your identity card and you can move in directly.
