Ich poste mein Zimmer für seine totale Verfügbarkeit, aber ich bin offen für Angebote, es auch für ein paar Monate zu geben. Kontaktieren Sie mich von wann bis wann Sie einen Platz brauchen.

Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt im Stadtzentrum von Wiesbaden. Alles ist unter Ihren Füßen verfügbar. Supermarktketten, Geschäfte, Fast Food, Restaurants, Einkaufszentrum im Grunde alles, was Sie brauchen. Die Bushaltestelle – Kirchgasse ist in 2 bis 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer ist 25m2 und voll möbliert. Wir haben eine große Terrasse, die sehr bequem für die sonnigen Tage ist.
Die Miete kostet 600 Euro alles inklusiv.
In der Wohnung leben zwei Brüder - Ghaith und Khalil sie sind aus Tunesien und sind sehr hilfsbereit und nette Leute, die viele Sprachen wie Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Arabisch sprechen.
Khalil (31) ist Bauingenieur
Ghaith (25) ist Data Scientist und macht einen Master in Neurowissenschaften, außerdem ist er ein guter Musiker

The room is located directly in the city center of Wiesbaden. Everything is available under your feet. Supermarket chains, stores, fast food, restaurants, shopping center basically everything you need. The bus stop - Kirchgasse is in 3 minutes walking distance. The room is 25m2 and fully furnished. We have a large terrace which is very comfortable for the sunny days.
There are two brothers living in the apartment - Ghaith and Khalil they are from Tunisia and are very helpful and nice people who speak many languages like German, English, French and Arabic.
Khalil (31) is a civil engineer
Ghaith (25) is a data scientist and is doing a masters in neuroscience, he is also a good musician
