The Room is spacious and bright, on the top floor of the building which gives a cool "mansard" feel. It is the corner room of the apartment so not much noise from the WG life will be bothering you. From the window the view is nice over roofs and trees, and there are no windows facing yours. It is unfurnished, however you can ask the landlord to provide you with a bed, table and a drawer for some additional cost. or we can also arrange you taking over some furniture from me (a bed, a wardrobe, book shelf) :)
The house is a part of a student apartment complex in Wiesbaden Dotzheim. It is just 3 minutes from the bus stop and 10 minutes on foot to the closest supermarket - Rewe. Lidl and Aldo are also not so far away. It will take you about 15 minutes by bus to the city centre. Right by our street there is Freudenberg park and wine yards, the walks there are beautiful - from the top of the hill you get a nice view over the city.
There is enough parking spaces and a place to park bikes.
WG life is chill, three girls have just moved in and it is already a good vibe. Everyone is friendly and open-minded. Occasionally we have movie nights together or just sit with some wine and beer in the kitchen. Or throw a big WG party :P
