There currently is a double room with two spaces.
The flat is on the fourth floor (Penthouse) and is very quiet. The furnishing style is Mediterranean, with brick cupboards and shelves, in the kitchen-living room there is a brick dining bar. The flat is furnished with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine are available. The shared bathroom is a bath, there is a whirlpool in the living area. The common room is spacious with exit to a large roof terrace.
The rent includes all utilities and other costs (electricity, monthly cleaning of the common areas). (Except internet, we are paying 10€ each roommate)
The location of the house is central, 10 min walk to the pedestrian zone in the city centre and also 10 min walk from the train station, bus stops are 5 min away. Shopping facilities are available in the nearby supermarkets and in the pedestrian zone.
We are three 25 year old flatmates. We are working in Wiesbaden not since a long time ago.
I am Nacho, Spanish, work as an engineer and I wake up around 7am. I do sports and drinks some beers at home sometimes.
Your other Spanish flatmate will be Lucia who is working from home right now. She likes to read, watch films and going somewhere to visit when possible.
Katja, italian, is the last flatmate of the apartment. She has a mini job right now, and she's working mostly in the evening. She loves to drink some beers or wine afterwork and also enjoyes music.
