ich suche aktuell eine Wohnung in Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Mitte oder Prenzlauer Berg und möchte mich als möglicher Mieter vorstellen. Mein Name ist Andrei Lesi, ich bin 30 Jahre alt, habe rumänische Wurzeln, lebe aber schon den Großteil meines Lebens in Deutschland. Seit 3 Jahren wohne ich in einer WG in der Skalitzer Straße, merke aber, dass die Zeit gekommen ist, in eine eigene Wohnung zu ziehen. Die wichtigsten Details über mich finden Sie hier in Kürze:

Beruf: Ich arbeite als Cloud Engineer und habe ein stabiles Einkommen, welches mir erlaubt, die Miete problemlos zu decken. Zudem ist mein Arbeitsvertrag unbefristet.

Mietdauer: Ich plane, die Wohnung langfristig zu mieten, da ich nicht vor habe Berlin zu verlassen.

Haustiere: Ich habe aktuell keine Haustiere und plane auch nicht mir welche zuzulegen.

Rauchen: Ich bin Nichtraucher.

Wohnung: ich suche nach einer Wohnung bis 950 € warm. Mir sind gute Lichverhältnisse, dicke Wände wegen Lärmschutz und eine gute Anbindung wichtig.
