2 bedrooms house

Hi 🌻
We are Alberto (26y) and Caterina (25y), an old date couple of best friends, and we are looking for a house with 2 bedrooms to share! Our budget is 1200/1300 €, and we need something close to city center.

Currently Alberto is already living in Berlin, in Wedding, but as I will join him in Berlin in May, we decided to look for a flat or house that we could share together.
We studied together during the high school and university in Rome, our origin city. We are actually both political scientists, but then we got different specialization. Alberto has decided to live in Berlin for a year in 2019 and then moved to Sweden for a two-year master's degree in Sustainable Studies; while I decided to remain in Rome to specialize in cultural heritage policy.
At the moment Alberto works in a bar that guarantees him a fixed salary and he is waiting for the results of a PhD in Human Geography. In case he doesn’t win a the scholarship, he is also looking for a job in its field, the intention is to stay in Berlin for a long time! For what concerns me, I’m a researcher in the cultural heritage field and I’m currently engaged in many projects, such as European research, educational project for the Garden of Ninfa (the most beautiful garden for the New York Times) and I will move to Berlin to work for the Direktorenhaus, all my activities enable me to have a monthly salary.q
