The shared apartment is on the third floor of an old suitcase factory, maybe a bit of an unusual residential building, but with a very special charm ;)

The room is 12sqm, so it falls more on the smaller side, but there's a big closet in the hallway that comes with the room if you want, so there's enough storage space.
The bedroom windows all look out onto our approx. 40sqm² roof terrace, which you can access via our living room. We also have a very spacious hallway, which also offers enough space for our workshop and everything else that doesn't fit in your own room.

Once you're up the hill, it's also very nice here in St Georgen :D
There are plenty of shops nearby, even the only petrol stations in Bayreuth that are still open after 10 p.m. are less than 10 minutes away on foot ;) and you can get seasonal fresh vegetables at the prison nursery.
The Landesgartenschaugelände (a big park) is also not far away, in case the terrace gets too small for you ;)
The public transport connection is good, as good as it gets in Bayreuth anyway.

Your new roomies would be Ramsin (26) and Katharina (31) we enjoy having dinner together every now and then and the occasional movienight or night out on concerts or the cinema.

I (Ramsin) study Philosophy and Computer Science. I like obscure cinema, and pretentious art house films. I'm still learning German, so I'm sorry about the English. I'm always down for the occasional discussion almost about anything. I also like to keep a dozen books open at a time (in the most unproductive way possible), I'll finish a book one of these days.

Usually I (Katharina) spend my time with friends, at music events or on the terrace gardening, building stuff or having an afterworkdrink in the sun and during the week I work at a primaryschool-afternooncare.

We don't have fixed flat-share cleaning schedules or anything like that, but it doesn't have to stay that way. We can decide that together.
At the moment our common language in the flat is English, hence the English ad :)
