As the apartment is located in a really good area you can find different type of restaurants in a distance of 5 minutes by walk!
Grocery stores (as Netto/Rewe and a Turkish supermarket with fresh vegetables and fruits in a good price!) 5 minutes by walk too!!
As the summer is already here you might wanna chill in the amazing Tempelhofer feld which is located 10-15 minutes by walk!
As you see there are a lot positives about this area!The public transport works really good and you have a lot of options to get to destination! (Oh and if you lose a train no worries the next one is coming in couple of minutes!)

The house has two bathrooms, a big living room, a big balcony, 6 rooms and the most beautiful rooftop in Berlin.
Most of us know each other from our film and music school but we're absolutely looking forward to meeting the whole city in the flat.
The legendary brothers Miguel and Alfredo, two venezuelan jewels that provide the house with amazing soundtrack and a good smell of freshly made arepas. Miguel does Music and Alfredo does Film. They are the neo-Coen Brothers of the future.
Masterchef Atanu. Cooking up dinners and teaching the flat, the art of fine cuisine. An American/Indian expat, he speaks 4 languages.
The we have Jonah an American-German! Studying film too!Great guy with a lot of humour!!
And Paolo from acting, if you don’t know him yet, you’re the only one. His our charismatic Puerto Rican papi. You ll hear him before you see him.
We have great vibes! we hang out doing stuff together and if we have any issues we sit down discuss and find a solution in the next 5 minutes!

Miscellaneous
We, as a flat from the beginning of the lockdown till this moment we try to be safe. Which means we try to stay inside the house as much as we can so everybody can feel safer!
