We have a beautiful spacious room available in our furnished and serviced co-living apartment called 'The Charlotte' in the Bismarckstrasse.
The charming apartment is a typical Berlin ‘’Altbau’’ (old building), dating back to the 19th and 20th Century. The Charlotte was completely modernized and refurbished in 2017. It has five beautiful bedrooms with high ceilings and big window frames. A very spacious kitchen perfect for both cooking and socializing. There is also a chilled lounge and a separate laundry area and two spacious bathrooms.
The room is brightly-lit and fully furnished with beautiful Nordic design. It includes everything you need for comfortable living: a comfortable big bed (140X200), a desk, chair, closet (hanging and shelves), storage units, laundry basket, lamps, linen, decoration, plants.
The price includes everything:
- 2 times weekly cleaning,
- shared common supplies,
- internet,
- utilities,
- towels & linens and,
- beautiful Hay furnishing.
Everything is ready for you to just move in with your suitcase and stay as long as you wish.
The apartment is a perfect place to bring people together and socialise, cooking food or playing board games.
The apartment is named after the area it is located in. Charlottenburg is located on West Berlin’s historic boulevard. This long boulevard is a western continuation of Straße des 17. Juni which is the direct connection between Berlin city center and the Brandenburg Gate to the western suburbs of Charlottenburg. The Charlotte is a 15-min walk to Kudamm, which can be considered as the Champs-Élysées of Berlin, lined with shops, hotels, cinemas, theaters, and restaurants.
