The room is 12 qm and part of a 115 qm flat with large living room with a roof terrace shared only by us two. You will have your own bathroom and most of the time the living room for yourself. There is a bed, desk and a dresser in your room.

I have a garden in walking distance with a little stone house where I stay overnight sometimes in summer. You are welcome to spend time there too.

Pankow Niederschönhausen is a quiet, residential area with several parks, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Very close is the Bard College.

With the tram M1 there is a good connection to Prenzlauer Berg and the city center and if wanted you are quickly outside of Berlin for a hike, bike ride oder horseback riding.

I am a physician and in my free time I love to go out, trying out new restaurants with friends, gardening in my little garden nearby or running. 2 afternoons per week and every other weekend I have my kids to stay over (girl, 4 and boy, 8). A lot of time you will be in the apartment on your own.

There a two floors and mine and the kids room are downstairs while your room would be upstairs next to the living room, kitchen and the roof terrace. There is a bathroom on each floor.

I am a native german speaker. I speak fluent English and French and un poquito español :-)

The rent can be for a shorter period as well.

The rent can be reduced if you want to help me with babysitting from time to time.
