Looking for someone (ideally 2 people) who can make a quick decision to move in, as the whole flat is available as of now and I'd like to get the contract signed by Thursday or, less ideal, Friday.

I'm renting out this nice furnished flat with two large bedrooms suitable as a shared flat for 2 people. Both rooms are around 20 square meters large and have a double bed each. One is a bit bigger with couch and large desk while the other has a balcony and also has a table to work on. Both have south-facing windows. Price is 460 per room all cost included.
Both rooms are available at least until late April, likely longer - but I cannot promise that right now. My current plan is to renovate the flat in April/May. Afterwards I can probably rent it to you again.
The price (which includes bills & internet) is lower than usual for this area/size because:
a) the interior and furniture aren't super stylish and a bit old (see photos). Kitchen and bathroom are rather small and old. You'll have to make this flat your own - I don't mind you taking stuff off the walls, hanging up your stuff onto the walls or finding your own ways of making it your home.
b) I'm not yet completely sure how long I can rent it out for. It's a minimum until late April, but very likely longer.
I probably won't answer any emails today. If I haven't invited you by email, but you're 25 or older and can move in immediately, just show up for the viewing today (Tuesday) at 5pm sharp or 7pm sharp:
