Comes furnished (pictures) with desk and double bed and plenty storage space.

Amazing views from the room. Lots of light. Very warm.

The closest U/S bahn is Hermanstraße. 6 minutes by bus (right outside) 10 minute cycle or 25 minutes walk.

Unique building full of artist studios. Our apartment is the only residential part on the very top floor.

Modern building. Very warm in the winter!

There is an elevator and private parking outside.

Living with 3 males from London, Bulgaria and India. All musicians. So there is at times music being played here. We communictae to make sure the noise levels don’t disturb one another. So far our laid back but considerate system seems to work well.

Cleanliness is important - we all prefer that the kitchen and dishes are cleaned directly after use, so you should do this do.

Security is also very important - you must take care that the door is locked at all times,

We are all chatty and friendly. We don’t live like WG “ghosts”. Occasionally we share a meal or drink a cup of tea together. We have a good communication between all of us, if someone doesn’t like something, we express it before it can turn into a problem. The culture of the flat chill but considerate.

You can also have access to the 208m2 co-work/studio space that I am renting. It’s well suited for anybody doing desk-based work. But can also be used for rehearsals or other creative needs. The space is shared with 3 others and sometimes hosts events such as film screenings. (The co-working space is in the same building).
