Looking for a long-term room in Berlin

Hi everyone,

I’m Julio (24), from Spain, and I’m currently working as a Physics PhD researcher in Berlin. I’m looking for a long-term room starting in March, ideally in Schöneweide / Baumschulenweg / Treptow or nearby (Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain also work), because I commute to Adlershof every weekday.

I’m friendly, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I have several years of WG experience. I appreciate a calm, considerate home where everyone has their own routine, but people still get along and communicate well. During the week I’m mostly at work; weekends I’m often out doing sports, hiking, or traveling, and I also enjoy relaxed evenings at home.

Ideally, I’m looking for a WG with max. 2 flatmates (3 people total).
My budget is up to 700€/month (warm) and I’m a non-smoker.

I can provide all required documents (proof of income, employment certificate, SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) if needed, etc.). If you think I’d be a good fit, I’d be happy to introduce myself and come by for a viewing.
