Looking for a furnished room or studio in Berlin for the summer (July 15 to September 15) - Sublet

My name is Félix, I’m 30 years old and a Spanish graphic designer currently working remotely. I’m planning to move to Berlin for two months (temporary) and I’m looking for a furnished room or studio from July 15th to September 15th. My budget is between 500€ and 700€ per month, with 700€ as the maximum I can pay.

I work from home during the week, mostly in the mornings, so I appreciate a calm and comfortable environment. In my free time, I’m developing an analog photography project, and I also enjoy going to the gym, exploring different neighborhoods, and visiting art galleries and cultural spaces around the city.

I’m a non-smoker, clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I value open-minded communication and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in a flatshare. For me, it’s very important to feel a good atmosphere, safety, and a proper sense of rest when I’m at home. I’m allergic to cats, so unfortunately I can’t live with them.

As I don’t have a German bank account, I’m not able to provide a SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) report. However, I can offer alternative guarantees, such as agreeing on an advance payment arrangement and providing a recent bank statement showing that I have the funds available.
