A room in our flatshare (2bed) is free for a bit in March, with some wiggle room on either end. I can happily send you pictures on whatsapp, it is a nice comfy room with a double bed, a big desk, a shelf and lots if storage space. There ll be some stuff left in the soace under the bed, but packed away in boxes and some books will be left on the shelf.
You can use my bedding, enjoy my plants (and water them hehe), you can even use my computer if you need to.
The flat has a really nice living room and balcony and is situated in a quiet area, with lots of green around. Bus is right next door, the subway 5 min cycle away. You can get to Herrmanstr in 7min bybus and to Ullsteinstr in 15min by foot.
We have a wee cat and if you were able to feed her and let her out when I am away, that would be great. Could make the room a bit cheaper for your help, as I will be away likely for a couple of weeks. We have a kitchen and bathroom, ideally it would be cool to be careful with gluten in the kitchen, as I am intolerant to it and react quite badly.
As it is an old building we need to be a bit considerate of the neighbours after 10pm with noise, but not too bad, but it does say in our contract that we can‘t shower after 10pm:/….
I love playing games, cooking, getting involved in things locally and I am forever trying to satisfy my gardening love by overplanting the balcony and dreaming of an allotment with friends…
