Cute Altbau room with balcony

Ich wohne jetzt schon seit einiger Zeit alleine in meiner 2-Zimmer Wohnung aber würde den Wohnraum jetzt gerne wieder mit jemandem teilen.

Erstmal für 5-6 Monate. Fotos auf Anfrage - es ist eine sweete Altbauwohnung mit 2 Balkonen und ruhiger Pberg Lage. Ringbahn und Tram 5 min entfernt :)

Eine Freundin hat hier schon für ein paar Monate mit mir gewohnt - die Wohnung ist nicht die größte aber total cozy und passt super für 2 Personen.

Dein Zimmer ist das kleinere, ca. 13qm mit Balkon :) Es wäre leer du kannst dich also austoben - wenn du magst kann ein Schreibtisch und Stuhl drin bleiben, ggf. hätte ich auch noch eine kleine Matratze & Regal für dich. Leider gibt es keinen Keller/Dachboden oder zusätzlichen Stauraum. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne.

Ich wohne seit 5 Jahren in Berlin, arbeite Vollzeit im Marketing und bin relativ viel unterwegs, aber auch gerne zuhause. Dann koche ich gerne (meistens veggie), habe mal Freund*innen da, bin aber auch gerne mal mit Buch oder Serie auf der Couch oder nutze mein Urban Sports beim Yoga, Fitness oder Cycling. Freue mich auf zusammen übers Leben austauschen, mal ein Weinchen oder Balkonkippe zusammen, alles ganz entspannt :)

I've been living alone in my 2-room flat for some time now, but would now like to share the living space with someone again.

Initially for 5-6 months. Photos on request - it is a sweet old building flat with 2 balconies and quiet Pberg location. Ringbahn and tram 5 min away :)

A friend has already lived here with me for a few months - the flat is not the biggest but totally cosy and is perfect for 2 people.

Your room is the smaller one, about 13 square metres with a balcony :) If you like a desk and chair can stay in there, I might also have a small mattress & shelf for you. Unfortunately there is no cellar/attic or additional storage space. The bathroom has a bathtub.

I have been living in Berlin for 5 years, work full-time in marketing and travel quite a lot, but also like to be at home. Then I like to cook (mostly veggie), have friends over, but also like to be on the couch with a book or series or use my urban sports for yoga, fitness or cycling. I look forward to chatting about life together, enjoying a glass of wine or a cig on the balcony, all very relaxed :)
