The flat is located in a quiet family neighborhood . Multiple bus lines (604/605/601/818/817) bring you to the city center and main train station within 15 minutes. If you have a bike, you can even be there in under 10 minutes. There are an Edeka and Lidl within walking distance (~5 min on foot) and an Aldi, DM and Obi if you are willing to walk a bit more. Despite it being a quiet neighborhood, the flat is also perfect if you like going out: within 10-15 minutes on foot, you can be at the Aldstadt where all the cool pubs are located.
Hey, I’m Simeon, and I’ll be moving out by April 1st—so you’ll be taking my spot in this awesome WG! You’ll be living with Konstantinos, Sascha, and Athanasia, a friendly and easygoing bunch who love to balance work, studies, and fun.
👨💻🇩🇪 Sascha – A freelance programmer who codes by day and boulders, cooks, or listens to music by night. He’s always up for a good chat, a Sneak Preview @ Woki, or checking out local art exhibitions.
🇬🇷 Athanasia – Originally from Greece, she’s studying at Uni Bonn and has been here since October. Super active—loves running, volleyball, and exploring the city. But on lazy days? You’ll find her in the kitchen, cooking something delicious while watching a movie.
🇬🇷 Konstantinos – Also from Greece and working on his PhD at DZNE. In summer, you’ll find him chilling by the Rhine, watching boats go by. In winter, he’s all about cozy pubs and cinema nights.

We’re all busy with work, studying, or traveling, but we always find time to catch up and plan some fun together—whether it’s a casual dinner, a spontaneous trip, or just hanging out at home.
