Our flatshare is at the end of Endenich, in Duisdorf, Bonn, on a quiet street with a nice, relaxed vibe. We’re super well-connected, with two bus stops just a 3-minute walk away, making it really easy to get around.

Grocery stores are about a 15-minute walk, and you can be in the city center in just 15 minutes by bus—perfect for work, uni, or just hanging out. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located place with good connections, this could be a great fit!

Our apartment is cozy, but it really feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and even a dishwasher to make life easier. The bathroom also comes with a washing machine, so no need to worry about laundry trips.

One of the highlights is the balcony, which is attached to Jaleed’s room but open for everyone to use—perfect for getting some fresh air or enjoying a coffee outside. The apartment is pretty much fully furnished, so you won’t have to worry about bringing much with you!

Wir halten die Dinge auch mit einem Reinigungsplan organisiert und nutzen eine App, um die gemeinsamen Kosten zu verfolgen, die die Radiogebühr beinhaltet (in der Regel rund 5 Euro pro Person pro Monat). We also keep things organized with a cleaning schedule and use an app to track shared costs, which includes the radio fee (usually around 5 euros per person per month).
