As you can see on the picture, it is a very small, but cosy and very light (actualy sunny) room. The window overlooks the silent courtyard, towards East. Usually rented out for long term, but at least for three months. There is a table, a shelf and a comfortable bed in it. There is also a big wardrobe belonging to the room, but it is not in the room. The kitchen, the entrance room, the bathroom and the extra toilet are commonly used of course.

Perfect transportation: metro and bus stations are next to the house. There are theatres, cinemas, museums nearby. Shops, beauty-centres, solarium, services, restaurants, bars, caffes, etc. are on walking distance. The party-getto starts just from the other side of the road. Good connetion to all universities, to green places (Central park and Margaret island) and to central stations.

There are three separate rooms in the flat. Except for this little room, two very big ones – one with a balcony, the other with a piano. So if you choose this small room with a low rent, you still can enjoy the location and the comfort of the flat. Among this, hopefully you'll find new friends in the flat.

It is a real home for your stay in Budapest. No luxury, but comfortable, cosy atmosphere. You never feel lonely in the heart of the city. There is a stabil wifi in the flat. The kitchen is very very equiped (except for a dishwasher).
