Direkt gegenüber der Universität, in der Nähe von Kaufland, zwischen den zwei besten Pizzerien Düsseldorfs und optimal angebunden an alle wichtigen Straßenbahnen (701, 704, 705, 707) sowie Busse (834, ...), mit der S-Bahn (S1, S6, S11) nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt und nur zwei Stationen vom Flughafen entfernt, findest du ein Zimmer mit ca. 22 m2 in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock (mit Aufzug) und besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad, Flur sowie zusätzlichem Stauraum. Keller und Fahrradkeller sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Zimmer wird leer übergeben, auch wenn die aktuelle Mitbewohnerin noch darin wohnt. Mein Partner ist an den Wochenenden zu Besuch, damit solltest du OK sein.

Right across the university, close to Kaufland, near the two best pizza places in Düsseldorf, and well connected to all essential trams (701, 704, 705, 707) and buses (834, ...), with the S-Bahn (S1, S6, S11) just a 7-minute walk away and only two stops from the airport, you will find a room of approx. 22m2 in a 3-room apartment.
The flat is located on the second floor (with elevator access) and consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and some extra storage space. Basement and bikeshed are also available. The room will be handed over empty, although the current roommate is still living in it for now. My partner visits on weekends, so you should be comfortable with that.

Electricity and internet are currently approx. 50–70€ per person, though the contract might change slightly.

Justo enfrente de la universidad, cerca de Kaufland, al lado de las dos mejores pizzerías de Düsseldorf y muy bien conectado con todos los tranvías importantes (701, 704, 705, 707) y autobuses (834, ...), con el S-Bahn (S1, S6, S11) a solo 7 minutos caminando y a dos paradas del aeropuerto, encontrarás una habitación de aprox. 22 m2 en un piso de 3 habitaciones.
El piso está en la segunda planta (con ascensor) y consta de dos dormitorios, cocina, baño, pasillo y espacio de almacenamiento adicional. También hay sótano y espacio para bicicletas. La habitación se entregará vacía, aunque la actual compañera de piso todavía vive allí. Mi pareja viene los fines de semana, así que deberías estar cómoda con eso.
