Hey! We have a room available in our shared apartment in Frankfurt's Heddernheim neighborhood starting May 1st.
The room is bright and quiet—perfect for relaxing or working. The room is 10 m², square-shaped, and has a large window (there is no balcony in the room). It is fully furnished, with a bed including a mattress, a desk with a chair, and a clothes rack provided by the landlord and considered an integral part of the room. There is also a dresser and a wardrobe (which, however, is in the hallway due to space constraints). I would be happy to keep both pieces of furniture in the shared apartment for a small discount.

The apartment is located on Antoninusstraße in Heddernheim. It is approximately 10 minutes from the North-West Center. There, you'll find various shopping options and a subway station (U1 & U9). The "Heddernheim" subway station (U1, U2, U3, U8) is also about a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets (Aldi & Rewe) are about 5 minutes away. It takes 6-8 minutes by subway to the Riedberg campus, and the Hauptwache station is about 12 minutes away. Public transport works really well here, with great day and night connections. Great park nearby and everything else you might need for daily life.
You would live with Monika and Marwa. Monika just finished her bachelor's degree and is working, while Marwa is studying and working part-time. The apartment is tidy and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. Everyone has their own space, but you’ll often run into each other for a quick chat in the kitchen or over tea. We speak both English and German at home, and the vibe is warm and relaxed.
The room is available from May. Rent is 430 euros per month, with everything included—no extra costs. Anmeldung is possible. The flat is best suited for a student or a working woman looking for a calm and friendly place to live. Online and on-site viewings are welcome!
