Our roommate is getting an apartment of his own and is moving out. So we can offer the room from 1st of June. Maybe even sooner.
It is quite big (enough to practice yoga) so it makes a rather empty impression. It has a big window, facing East and is thus very bright.
It is fully furnished. That includes:
- desk and armchair
- a big built-in wardrobe
- a big self made pallet-bed worthy of being put on instagram (looking at you "cool" hipsters). The matress is also included.
- and a couple of shelves
Should you need some wall mounted shelves or drawers, we have some "leftovers" (in the basement).
It's saturday, 19:50, next monday is a holiday and your fridge is empty? No porblem. There is a supermarket just 200m up the street, which also has a DHL package station if needed.
From home to university its a comfortable 10 min bike ride. Or you take the bus. The busstation "Cameloherstraße" is also just round the corner.
Fancy a shopping trip/pub crawl in the city centre? Good news, it's only a 8 minute walk down the road.
Your future roommates will be Emanuella and myself.
Sometimes we sit together, chat and have tee. But overall there are no special rules. Everybody can retreat in his/her own space if he/she likes. Just don't be too much of a slob, as there is a cleaning schedule.

The contract will be set for 6 months at first.
When everything goes well, it can be prolonged of course.
Also: We got the couch recently for 180€. We divided the costs by 3, so it's 60€ for everyone. Apart from that all costs are included in the rent!
Due to bad experiences smoking is prohibited on the balcony.
