Ich suche neu Mitbewohner/in für helle 2er Wg in RUM dorf ab September. Miete: 593 € pro person inklusive Strom, Heizung, Internet.
Die ganze Wohnung hat circa 94qm inklusiv 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer, Panoramabalkon, grosses Küche, Bad und separat WC, Abstellraum in Keller (für Fahrad und Ski), parking. Die zwei freie Zimmer betragen ~9qm (Schlafzimmer), und ~18qm (Wohnzimmer).
Ich selb bouldern/klettern gern und gehe ins yoga und wandern, langlaufen und konzerten. Ich bin in aus Finland, 36 Jahre alt und arbeite in Innsbruck. Ich suche jemand das längere Zeit bleibt, manchmal zusammen kochen/essen/weintrinken, und vielleicht Sport machen will.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für jemand das ein bischen ruhiger Ort sucht. Bushaltestelle nach Innsbruck und Hall liegt ~2 Minuten von Haustür (501, 502, 503).

The apartment is situated with a good panorama view in higher part of Rum, ~7kms from Innsbruck (and similar distance to Hall), and connected well with public transport (or with bike at the Inntal-radweg).
Your part of the apartment includes a bedroom (~9m2, enough space for example for double bed and closet 2.4m×3.5m) AND a big living room (~18m2, 4m×4.4m), from where there is access to the "panorama balcony" (8m2). So you will have two separate rooms for your own use. The other part (my living space) includes similar setup, so the flat is even almost as two separate flats.
Additionally there is a big kitchen with access to the balcony (with bbq), and of course separate toilet and bathroom (shower cabin), and big storage room downstairs (for bikes or skis etc.). A flat total size is 94m2. The balcony, kitchen and livingrooms are southsided direction Patcherkofel with plenty of sun. On the bedroom side you have view of the Nordkette and most of the time, you may look at either neighbours sheep or cows. This is one of the last houses next to the big fields on the Nordkette side where you can start your trek/mountain biking towards Rumer Alm or Thaurer alm.
Clearly, it is situated on the countryside part of Innsbruck, so it would be optimal, if you enjoy your peace a bit. You can pick up your milk directly from the neighbour farm for example or visit the farmers market on Saturdays. Supermarket is on walking distance, bus stop (lines 501, 502, 503) is 3 minutes walk away and takes you directly to Innsbruck Marktplatz.
The co-habitant (=me) is from Finland and works as a medical researcher in IBK, and enjoys live concerts or festivals, climbing/boulder, crosscountry skiing, growing herbs and plants, yoga.. having good wine and cooking. I consider myself calm and clean person, and I have plenty of experiences living in shared flats in different countries.
The flat is really a dream so in case you are looking for something a tiny bit calmer outside the city, don´t hesitate to contact.
The rent 593 euros includes heating, internet and electricity. Cats (or small animals) are allowed, excluding dogs.
Rooms can be rented partly furnished with sofabed, closet and bed if needed. Just ask! :) Looking forward to hear from you and to organize a skype or a meeting at the flat to get to know each other :)
