Die Wohnung befindet sich im Wohnviertel Rintheim, einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, in der sich in der Nähe zwei Kindergärten und eine Grundschule befinden. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es außerdem: Lidl, DM, Aldi, Rewe, Ikea, XXXLutz, Bauhaus, Edeka, Netto, eine Bäckerei und zwei Kebabhaus.

Ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten entfernt befinden sich ein Sportzentrum, Fußballplätze, zwei Kirchen und mehrere Arztpraxen (Zahnärzte, HNO-Ärzte, Allgemeinmediziner). In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man zwei Haltestellen der Linie 3: Forststraße und Rintheim, die Endhaltestelle. In 10 Gehminuten gibt es zudem eine Haltestelle der Linie S2.

The apartment is located in the residential district of Rintheim, a very quiet area where two kindergartens and a primary school are nearby. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can also find: Lidl, DM, Aldi, Rewe, Ikea, XXXLutz, Bauhaus, Edeka, Netto, a bakery, and two Kebabhaus.

Also within a few minutes’ distance, there is a sports center, football fields, two churches, and several medical practices (dentists, ENT specialists, general practitioners). A 5-minute walk away, there are two stops for line number 3: Forststraße and Rintheim, the terminus. A 10-minute walk away, there is also a stop for line S2.

L’appartamento è situato nel quartiere residenziale di Rintheim, una zona molto tranquilla, dove nelle vicinanze si trovano due asili e una scuola elementare. A pochi minuti a piedi si possono trovare inoltre: Lidl, DM, Aldi, Rewe, Ikea, XXXLutz, Bauhaus, Edeka, Netto, un panificio e due Kebabhaus.

Sempre a pochi minuti di distanza si trovano anche un centro sportivo, dei campetti da calcio, due chiese e diversi studi medici (dentisti, otorini, medici generali). A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono due fermate della linea numero 3: Forststraße e Rintheim, il capolinea, mentre a 10 minuti a piedi si trova una fermata della linea S2.

In der Wohnung leben zwei italieniche Musiker (ich bin einer davon) der Hochschule für Musik in Karlsruhe, die die Küche und das Bad benutzen, sowie ein Arbeiter, der nur ab und zu das Bad nutzt. Das Leben in der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und entspannt, da wir tagsüber mit unseren Kursen und Arbeiten beschäftigt sind. Wir sehen uns und unterhalten uns hauptsächlich abends und am Wochenende. Rauchen ist in den Gemeinschaftsräumen nicht erlaubt, und wenn einer von uns beschließt, Gäste einzuladen, fragt er immer die anderen Mitbewohner um Zustimmung. Der Reinigungsplan ist sehr einfach und flexibel. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind ein Bad, eine Küche und ein Flur: Jedes Wochenende reinigt jeder eine der Zimmer, um die Wohnung immer sauber und ordentlich zu halten. Die Küche und das Bad sind nie überfüllt, auch weil jeder von uns unterschiedliche Zeiten hat.

Two Italian musicians (one of whom is me) from the Hochschule für Musik in Karlsruhe live in the apartment, using the kitchen and the bathroom, and there is also a worker who only occasionally uses the bathroom. Life in the apartment is very quiet and peaceful, as we are busy with our lessons and work during the day. We mainly see and talk to each other in the evenings and on weekends. Smoking is not allowed in the common areas, and if any of us decides to invite people over, they always consult the other tenants. The cleaning plan is very simple and flexible. The common areas are a bathroom, a kitchen, and a hallway: every weekend, each of us cleans one of the rooms to keep the apartment always clean and tidy. The kitchen and bathroom are never crowded, as each of us has different schedules.

Nell’appartamento vivono due musicisti italiani (uno di noi sono io) della Hochschule für Musik di Karlsruhe, che utilizzano la cucina e il bagno, e un lavoratore che usa solo il bagno di tanto in tanto. La vita nell’appartamento è molto silenziosa e tranquilla, anche perché durante il giorno siamo impegnati con le lezioni e con i nostri lavori. Ci vediamo e conversiamo principalmente la sera e nel fine settimana. Fumare non è consentito nelle aree comuni e, nel caso in cui uno di noi decida di invitare persone a casa, consulta sempre gli altri inquilini. Il piano delle pulizie è molto semplice e versatile. Le aree comuni sono il bagno, la cucina e un corridoio: ogni fine settimana, ciascuno di noi pulisce una stanza, per mantenere l’appartamento sempre pulito e in ordine. La cucina e il bagno non sono mai affollati, anche perché ognuno di noi ha orari diversi.

Die Gemeinschaftsräume in der Wohnung sind: eine Küche, ein Bad und ein Flur. Die gut ausgestattete Küche mit zwei Kühlschränken (ein großer und ein mittlerer) bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Mitbewohner. Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Badewanne, die wir als Dusche nutzen. Der Flur ist lediglich ein Verbindungsgang zwischen den Gemeinschaftsräumen und unseren Zimmern.

Wir machen abwechselnd die Einkäufe für alles, was den Haushalt betrifft (zum Beispiel die Geschirrspültabs, die in der Küche vorhanden sind) und für die Reinigung.

The common areas in the apartment are: a kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. The well-equipped kitchen, with two refrigerators (one large and one medium), provides enough space for all the tenants. The bathroom is well-stocked and has a bathtub that we use as a shower. The hallway is just a connecting area between the common spaces and our rooms.

We take turns buying everything related to the household supplies (for example, the dishwasher tablets, which are in the kitchen) and for cleaning.

Le aree comuni nell’appartamento sono: una cucina, un bagno e un corridoio. La cucina, ben attrezzata e dotata di due frigoriferi (uno grande e uno medio), offre spazio a sufficienza per tutti i coinquilini. Il bagno è ben fornito e presenta una vasca che utilizziamo come doccia. Il corridoio è solo una zona di collegamento tra le aree comuni e le nostre stanze.

Facciamo dei turni per acquistare tutto ciò che riguarda le necessità della casa (ad esempio, le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, presente in cucina) e per le pulizie.
