Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Bebelplatz, im 6. Stock (Wir haben einen Fahrstuhl bis in den 5.).
ÖPNV(Linie 4, 8 und Bus 13), Bäckereien, Cafés und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt vor der Tür.
Die Haltestellen "Kirchweg" und „Malsburgstraße“ sind auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Zur Uni am HoPla, Kunsthochschule oder Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe brauchst du also keine 10-15min.
Solltest du ein Auto haben:
Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es hier an jeder Ecke.
Du könntest aber auch bei der Hausverwaltung nach einem Stellplatz, im Hinterhof, fragen.

The apartment is located directly at Bebelplatz, on the 6th floor (we have an elevator up to the 5th).
Public transport (tram 4, 8 and bus 13), bakeries, cafés and several supermarkets and other stores are right outside the door. The bus stop “Kirchweg” and "Malsburgstraße" are also only a few minutes away.
It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the university at HoPla, Kunsthochschule (artschool) or Wilhelmshöhe train station.
If you have a car: There are free parking spaces on the Friedrich-Ebert-Straße or you could also ask the management for a parking space in the backyard.

Du würdest mit Axel zusammen wohnen.
Axel ist Modedesigner mit eigenem Label und Friseur, hat aber einen Vollzeitjob und treibt, wenn er mal nicht arbeitet, viel Sport (er geht ins Fitnessstudio und fährt bei Kassel Roller Derby mit).
Man trifft Axel aber auch recht oft in der Küche oder auf kleineren Veranstaltungen rund um Kassel.

Da Axel im OKTOBER 2025 auszieht, sucht er gleichzeitig eine Person, die mit dem Einzug auch direkt den Hauptmietvertrag übernimmt.
Da ich, Jonas, die letzten 4 Jahre Hauptmieter war, kann ich nur sagen, dass es super unproblematisch war.
Die Hausverwaltung ist super nett, die Hausmeisterei ist recht fix und sonst gab es keine Probleme rund um die Wohnung.

Axel is a fashion designer with his own label, is a hairdresser AND has a full-time job. When he’s not working, he’s very active in sports—he goes to the gym and rollerskates at/for Roller Derby Kassel.
You’ll often find Axel in the kitchen or at small events around Kassel.
Since Axel will be moving out in October 2025, he is also looking for someone who will take over the main rental contract upon moving in.

Since I, Jonas, have been the main tenant for the past four years, I can say that everything has been completely hassle-free. The property management is super nice, the janitorial service is quite fast, and there have been no issues with the apartment.

Gesucht wird eine Person, die den HAUPTMIETVERTRAG übernimmt (gerne kläre ich dich darüber auf, was das bedeutet).
Da ich, Jonas, jetzt ausziehe und die letzten 4 Jahre Hauptmieter war, kann ich nur sagen, dass es super unproblematisch war. Die Hausverwaltung ist super nett, die Hausmeisterei ist recht fix und sonst gab es keine Probleme rund um die Wohnung.

Die Wohnung hat einen Vorraum um sämtliche Fahrräder abzustellen, eine Abstellkammer und einen großen Dachboden.
Die Abstellkammer haben wir als begehbaren Kleiderschrank und als Kammer benutzt. Angemietet hatte ich sie aber und habe deshalb etwas mehr gezahlt. Der Mietpreis fürs Zimmer würde sich also ein wenig ändern.
Da mir die meisten "Gemeinschafts Möbel", Küchenzeug und Waschmaschine gehören (und ich nicht alles mitnehmen wollen würde), hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag.
Über den Betrag lässt sich noch sprechen :)

We are looking for someone to take over the MAIN RENTAL CONTRACT (I’d be happy to explain what that means).
Since I, Jonas, am moving out and have been the main tenant for the past four years, I can say that everything has been completely hassle-free. The property management is super nice, the janitorial service is quite fast, and there have been no issues with the apartment.

The apartment has an entrance area where you can store bicycles, a storage room, and a large attic.
We used the storage room as a walk-in closet and for extra storage. However, I was the one renting it and therefore paid a bit more. So, the rent for the room would change slightly.
Since most of the shared furniture, kitchen items, and the washing machine belong to me (and I don’t want to take everything with me when moving out), I would like to request a one-time payment for them.
The amount is negotiable! :)
