The Room is fully furnished with all the required furniture including a foldable double bed, sofa set, study table, monitor, chairs, and cupboard. The washroom and kitchen are easily accessible through the hallway. A big store room is also available where everyone keeps their luggage and other non-required stuff. There's a garden downstairs along with the bike parking area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, back oven, refrigerator, and four induction stoves. There's also a big space in the keller where we have a washing machine installed. Here also we can put some extra non-required luggage.
Public transport is easily accessible within a 2-3 min walk from the house. The same bus goes directly to Hauptbahnhof, the city center, and the university. Netto is located within 700m walkable distance from the house from we buy all our groceries. The location is good for peace and nature lovers, there's a sunset spot within a 5min walk, where the beauty of the whole city and the rhein river can be seen. On the ground floor, there's a Getränkmarkt from where we buy all the drinks.
One of us is a student, and the one is working full time in Koblenz. I am subletting my room because I am going to Berlin for some prior reasons. There is also a potential option for the long term for the whole apartment in the future. There is no such fixed schedule for cooking and other things because everybody cooks at their own convenience. There's a cleaning schedule which everybody has to follow. Each week, one of the members has to clean all the common areas like Kitchen, Washroom, Hallway, and staircase.
The given rent includes everything including wifi and electricity. No other charges will be incorporated unless the owner increases the heating charges. City registration is also possible.
