Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Reudnitz, Koehlerstraße und ist damit sehr zentral gelegen. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit den Öffis etwa 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 10-15. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist Kaufland in der Dresdner Straße, doch auch Penny, Netto, Rewe, Aldi und das Angebot sind nicht weit. Rabet und Lene-Voigt-Park sind beide etwa 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Der deutlich kleinere aber trotzdem schöne Ramdorscher Park (bei uns auch Dorschi genannt) ist höchstens 5 Minuten entfernt.

El departamento se encuentra a solo 3 minutos a pie de la parada Reudnitz/Koehlerstraße, por lo que está ubicado de manera bastante central . Hasta la estación central de trenes se tarda unos 10 minutos en transporte público y entre 10 y 15 en bicicleta. Para hacer las compras, lo más cercano es el Kaufland en la Dresdner Straße, pero también hay un Penny, Netto, Rewe, Aldi y otros (super)mercados cerca. El Rabet y el Lene-Voigt-Park están a unos 10-15 minutos de distancia cada uno. El Ramdorscher Park ("Dorschi" para les amigues), mucho más pequeño pero igual de bonito, está como máximo a 5 minutos.

The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the Reudnitz/ Koehlerstraße stop, making it very centrally located. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the main train station by public transport and 10-15 minutes by bike. The nearest shopping option is Kaufland on Dresdner Straße, but Penny, Netto, Rewe, Aldi, and other stores are also nearby. Rabet and Lene-Voigt Park are both about 10-15 minutes away. The much smaller but still lovely Ramdorscher Park (which we affectionately call "Dorschi") is no more than 5 minutes away.

Vor drei Jahren haben wir diese WG zu dritt neu gegründet und haben bis jetzt zusammen gelebt. Im Mai zieht nun eine Person aus, deshalb wird ein Zimmer bei uns frei. Tjarve (er/ihn; keins) zieht um in das freigewordene Zimmer, wodurch Tjarves Zimmer nun frei wird. In dem dritten Zimmer wohnt Antü (irgendwelche).
Wir wollen gerne weiterhin eine queere WG bleiben und freuen uns über Anfragen aller Nicht-Cis-Männer.
Da wir uns zu dritt diese 3 Jahre sehr aneinander gewöhnt haben, fühlt sich der anstehende Auszug wie eine ziemlich große Sache an und wirft auch bei uns beiden Verbleibenden Fragen bezüglich unseren zukünftigen Wohnsituationen auf. Antü plant bis zum Herbst seinen Bachelor in Soziologie abzuschließen und möchte wahrscheinlich anschließend den Master in einer anderen Stadt machen. Tjarve überlegt schon länger auszuziehen und wurde bisher noch vom schönen Zusammenleben aufgehalten. Da sich jetzt aber sowieso einiges ändert, überlegt er auch in nächster Zeit die Wohnung zu verlassen. Es herrscht also ein bisschen Umbruchsstimmung bei uns. Gleichzeitig bedeutet das aber auch, dass du dir möglicher Weise bald deine Wunsch-WG selbst zusammen basteln kannst.

Die letzten 3 Jahre, haben wir oft mit- oder füreinander gekocht, zusammen Serien geschaut, Spiele gespielt oder waren zusammen draußen unterweg und gemeinsam im Urlaub. Wir wünschen uns weiterhin ein WG-Leben, in dem wir übereinander Bescheid wissen und Zeit zusammen verbringen. Wir haben beide unsere festen Termin in der Woche, wie Therapie oder Sport, verbringen sonst aber auch viel Zeit zuhause. Für Tjarve beginnt bald eine "Maßnahme zur Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben", wodurch sich das vielleicht auch ändert. Sonst sind wir auch oft bei friends, entweder direkt hier in der Nähe oder in Lindenau. Da wärst du natürlich auch immer eingeladen uns zu joinen.

Antü hat Deutsch und Spanisch als Erstsprache und spricht außerdem noch Englisch. Tjarves Erstsprache ist Deutsch, er spricht aber auch Englisch und ein bisschen Französisch und Spanisch. Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die Spanisch Deutsch oder Englisch einigermaßen gut sprechen kann. Falls es Spanisch ist, wäre es schön, wenn auch ein bisschen englisch und/oder französisch Kenntnisse da sind, da Tjarves Spanisch noch nicht alltagstauglich ist. Tjarve freut sich aber auch über die Chance das zu ändern.

Antü ist white latinx, able-bodied und agender. Tjarve ist weiß, able-bodied und trans nicht-binär. Wir sind beide bemüht, uns mit unseren Privilegien auseinanderzusetzen.

Da wir uns über die Situation des Wohnungsmarkts bewusst sind und unsere Wohnung noch relativ gut bezahlbar ist, würden wir gerne Menschen bevorzugen, die es besonders schwer haben, einen sicheren Wohnort zu finden. Wenn das auf dich zutrifft, kannst du das gerne in deiner Nachricht erwähnen.

Hace tres años, les tres fundamos este piso compartido (WG) y desde entonces hemos vivido juntes. En mayo se muda una persona, por lo que quedará libre una habitación. Tjarve (él/ningún pronombre) va a cambiarse a la pieza que queda libre, lo que significa que la habitación de Tjarve estará disponible. La tercera habitación está ocupada por Antü (cualquier pronombre).

Queremos seguir siendo un departamento queer y estamos en busca de una persona que no sea un hombre cis.

Como les tres nos hemos acostumbrado mucho les unes a les otres durante estos tres años, esta mudanza nos da la sensaciòn de ser un gran cambio y también nos hace plantearnos nuestra futura situación de convivencia. Antü espera terminar su Bachelor en sociología hasta otoño y probablemente hará un máster en otra ciudad. Tjarve lleva un tiempo considerando mudarse, pero hasta ahora la linda convivencia lo había mantenido aquí. Ahora que las cosas están cambiando de todos modos, también está pensando en irse pronto. Por lo tanto hay muchos aires de cambio, lo que igualmente significa que pronto podrías tener la oportunidad de formar la WG a tu gusto.

En los últimos tres años, hemos cocinado juntes o para los demás, visto series, jugado juegos o pasado tiempo al aire libre e incluso vacacionado en conjunto. Three years ago, the three of us founded this shared flat (WG) and have lived together since. In May, one person is moving out, so a room will become available. Tjarve (he/him; they/them) is moving into the vacated room, which means Tjarve’s current room will now be free. The third room is occupied by Antü (any pronouns).

We want to remain a queer WG and welcome applications from all non-cis men.

Since the three of us have grown very accustomed to each other over these three years, the upcoming move feels like a big deal and has also raised questions for the two of us staying behind about our future living situation. Antü plans to finish their bachelor’s degree in sociology by fall and will likely pursue a master’s in another city afterward. Tjarve has been considering moving out for a while but was held back by how nice living together has been. Now that things are changing anyway, he’s also thinking about leaving the apartment in the near future. So, there’s a bit of a transitional mood here. At the same time, this means you might soon have the chance to shape your ideal WG setup.

Over the past three years, we’ve often cooked for or with each other, watched shows together, played games, or spent time outdoors and even going together on vacation. We’d like to continue living in a WG where we know what’s going on in each other’s lives and spend time together. We both have fixed weekly commitments like therapy or sports but otherwise spend a lot of time at home. Tjarve will soon start a ‘vocational rehabilitation program’, which might change things. Otherwise, we’re often with friends, either nearby or in Lindenau—and you’d always be welcome to join.

Antü’s first languages are German and Spanish, and they also speak English. Tjarve’s first language is German, but they also speak English and a bit of French and Spanish. We’re looking for someone who can speak Spanish, German, or English reasonably well. If it’s Spanish, it would be nice if you also know a bit of English and/or French, since Tjarve’s Spanish isn’t yet conversational—though he’d love the chance to change that.

Antü is a white Latinx, able-bodied, and agender. Tjarve is white, able-bodied, and trans non-binary. We both try to stay aware of our privileges.

Bei Sonstigen Kosten haben wir 1/3 der Kosten durch Strom, WLAN und GEZ eingetragen, da wir uns das alles teilen. Die 30 Euro bei Ablösevereinbarung wären für die Waschmaschine, die wir bei unserem Einzug hier zu dritt übernommen haben. Dir würde dann quasi auch 1/3 der Waschmaschine gehören :)

En ‘Otros gastos’, hemos incluido 1/3 del costo de la luz, WiFi y la tasa de radiodifusión alemana (GEZ), ya que lo compartimos todo. Los 30 euros de ‘compensación’ serían por la lavadora, que los tres compramos de las arrendatarias anteriores cuando nos mudamos aquí. Under ‘Other Costs,’ we’ve listed 1/3 of the expenses for electricity, Wi-Fi, and the German broadcasting fee (GEZ), since we split these costs equally. The €30 under ‘compensation agreement’ would be for the washing machine, which the three of us took over when we moved in. So, you’d essentially own a 1/3 share of the washing machine :)
