2 free rooms in a flatshare in a house project

We are a house with about 40 people who try to organise collectively. we're all very different and it can be an emotional process to express what one needs. sometimes the needs are also not compatible but we make decisions in plenaries with a consens method.
So in general some kind of responsibility comes with living here. attending plenaries or reading the protocols/asking your flatmates to give you updates if that's not accessible for you. organising events or taking shifts in the event space to help getting the rent. You can also realise your own event ideas in the space and get creative. There are also other tasks in the house like taking the trashbins out, organising a plenary or being part of the community care ✨
you can come here with any ideas you have and be part of the group.
so it's not a classical wg, someone from another flat might come over to chill, do co-work or you're invited for game night and karaoke :>
we regularly have events and the street is quite loud, so if you search for something calm and quiet this might not be the right place. we try to listen to and include everyones needs though, in the range of what is possible (we can't stop the tram unfortunately).
we position ourselves as pro palestine and queerfeminist. we will give bipoc, flinta* and otherwise marginalized people priority in the application process. We decided as a collective that we cant guarantee the wellbeing of minors, so we cant accept ppl who would bring a kid. There is a dog and many cats in different flats. our house has five floors and old wooden stairs, the free rooms are in third floor what feels more like the fourth floor. if you have other accessibility questions please let us know 💞

🏠 Da wir ein Hausprojekt sind, hier ein paar Worte zum Haus & uns:

Wir sind ein Hausprojekt von etwa 40 Menschen. Wir sind alle super verschieden, mit verschiedenen Bedürfnissen und diese sind vielleicht nicht immer kompatibel mit den Entscheidungen des Hauses.
Doch wir halten Plenas ab, in denen wir nach einer (demokratischen) Konsens Methode mehrheitlich abstimmen.
Also kurz gesagt: Das Leben im Hausprojekt kommt mit Verantwortungen.
Dazu gehören:
- Das Teilnehmen an Haus Plenum (1x im Monat), Lesen des Protokolls oder Roomies nach Inhalt fragen, falls du nicht/nie dabei sein kannst

- Events in unserem shared Space organisieren oder Schichten für Events übernehmen (z.B. Bar)

- du kannst den shared space auch für EIGENE events und Ideen nutzen ⭐️

- und dann noch kleine Neben-Orga Sachen wie: Plena organisieren, Hausmüll rausbringen oder Community caree

Wir sind keine WG im klassischen Sinne. Jemensch aus der Wohnung nebenan, kann spontan zum chillen/ coworken oder Salz ausleihen vorbeikommen

Du wirst zum Karaoke oder zur Game Night nebenan eingeladen. :]

Zur Umgebung:
Die Straße ist ziemlich laut & am WE sind gerne viele junge Menschen dort.

Unser Selbstverständlich (ganz kurz):

Wir sind Pro-Palästina🍉 und queer-feministisch✨
Wir priorisieren bipoc, flinta* und andere marginalisierte Gruppen im Bewerbungsprozess.

Als Kollektiv haben wir beschlossen, dass wir keine Minderjährigen Kinder/ Elternteil mit Kind(ern) aufnehmen können.
