The stand alone house has around 180 m² and a huge garden.
You will be having a bed room with around 28m2 and an extra individual living room with kitchen with basin, sink, stove and oven and fridge with icebox included !!! Of course you use the big living room on the ground floor with all the others as well but if you feel like studying calmly - thatˋs the perfect place to be.
Basement:
A big kitchen for all others has a huge fridge and freezer, ofen, microwave, and possibility to sit for about 4-6 people. A separate dining space heads to the very big living room - you will be more than welcome to share with the others.
This room offered is on 1st floor, has huge cupboards, table chairs, secretair and a double-bed.
The green bathroom (with window) with sink, toilet and bath is shared with max. 2 other people.
For Internet use it's € 13.- additionally per person.
If you move in alone, the extra costs are only € 175.-, for two it's € 250.- (more water and energy....)
Stop of U2 is JOSEPHSBURG, 4min from the house.
Going to downtown and station 20min, airport about 50min with public transport.
Parking possible at the street for free and currently without parking permit.
Tram 21 to downtown also in 4min walking distance.
Shops, dry cleaning, drugstore, bakery and pharmacy all about 5min walking distance.
Everybody cleans his/her individual space and at least once a week the bathroom and kitchen. If it does not work, you either move out to the end of the month or pay 100 Euros extra per month for external cleaning.
We respect every nationality, sex, religion and way of living as long as you respect it vice versa and we share a happy and open minded environment.
No smoking, drugs or excessive alcohol consumption.
Music or any other noise as loud that you can hear it in you room, but not one other in his/her room...
