Hello, dear people of Munich and those who wish to become one,

We are a 3-person WG and are looking for a working person between 28 and 40 years old.

The available room is on the 5th floor, above the rooftops of Munich, with direct access to a balcony and Isar view. It is equipped with a big bed, a desk and a wardrobe. It is beautiful.

The room is accessible through the bathroom ("Durchgangsbad" with the toilet being separate) and the balcony (so through the living room). This is a bit strange, but not too much of a deal.

Located directly at the Isar, near Frauenhoferstraße, close to the big church.

You will be living with me, David, 35, and working for a company in the energy sector. I enjoy being outside, having friends over for dinner, dancing, and staying fit. The other Person is Anka (23) from Belgium, working at LMU, who will also move in in April.

For our shared living space, the following are important:

Tidiness and cleanliness (having a sense of ownership regarding the common spaces and being mindful of your impact on them)
Respect
Giving each other enough space (for example, not occupying the living room all the time)
An active lifestyle (though this is not a must; of course, you can relax in your room as much as you want)
Being somewhat social
Having experience in shared living (WG experience)

For now the room is available for sublet until December. But there is a relatively high chance (more than 50 %) for a permanent contract, which will be figured out in October.
