The room is available from 1st of June and is part of a 2-bedroom apartment with a total size of approx. 65 m². It’s bright, quiet, and has enough space for all essentials. The room is currently furnished with a bed (140x200 cm), desk and chair, wardrobe rack, and shelves. These items belong to the previous tenant and can be purchased for a small one-time fee.
The apartment includes a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a balcony (currently being furnished – perfect for summer!).
In the basement, there’s a private storage space (Keller) for things like suitcases or boxes, the washing machine is also in the basement and is shared with other floors.
The apartment is located in Milbertshofen, just a 5-minute walk to the U-Bahn (U2). You’ll also find supermarkets close by: REWE (2 min walk), LIDL (6 min walk), and more. The area is quiet and green, with parks nearby like Luitpoldpark or Olympiapark – great for going for walks or runs :)
You would be sharing the apartment with me - I’m Cristina, 27, originally from Spain but living in Munich since one year and a half now! I’m currently working full-time as an IT project manager so during the week I’m usually out during the day and I go to the gym after work, getting home mostly in the evenings for dinner. I enjoy cooking, watching movies (I’ve got a projector!), and keeping the flat cozy and clean. I’m looking for someone around the same age who works full-time, is respectful, tidy, and enjoys a peaceful friendly shared home. If you're independent but also would like to spend some time together like having a chat after dinner and you're also willing to stay long-term in the apartment, then I would love to meet you!
Last but important point; the flat is a non-smoking apartment.
